Boarding & Leases

Centre Équestre Riddermark is a luxurious home for both equestrians and horses. The primary focus here is you and your horse. We aim to provide you with a safe and peaceful environment to build long-lasting relationships with your equine partners. Our prices are high, but we are a private facility that will only accommodate those who are serious about strengthening, learning, and working together with their horses. Please read the following plans carefully to see which best suits your schedule. Please be aware that all boarders must have proof of veterinary and farrier care prior to applying for board, and rent is due on the first of every month.

Boarding & Leasing Packages

​This is, esentially, for role-play purposes only, as are all of the prices listed above. What packages are basically meant to do is feature your horse around our facility in pictures with our own horses, staff etc. You would have full access to the pictures to use on your own website, scrapbook update etc. Keep in mind that I would also be entitled to use the pictures as I see fit for any type of website update I may do. You would need to send me the files of your horse(s) and/or riders and I will take pictures of them around my world facilities. I would think of this as like a ... picture services, where if you and your sim want to visit the french countryside, without the hassle of me having to send you my save and all CC that I use etc.

Please keep in mind that I am a mother of three and this game is a means to relax for me and to not feel pressure or stress. And lets face it, we all know that this game has a mind of its own and sometimes just doesn't want to work. Therefore, sometimes it might take me a while to get pictures done.

Pasture Package

Our most economical choice for housing your horse at Centre Équestre Riddermark is, without a doubt, the pasture package. Our property extends across 600 acres, with 10 large pastures to accommodate you and your horse's needs. Your horse will live outdoors throughout the year with feed, water, shelter, and the company of other compatible horses. Blanketing in cold weather is provided without additional costs.

 

With the Pasture Package, boarders are required, and responsible for veterinary and farrier services & fees. Moreover, you will only be allowed within our arenas, not the main facilities. Please read our Expecations & Incentives listed below.

  • Pictures would be limited to the pastures, and if you happen to send along your rider file, then you may also get pictures within our various arenas

Partial Package 

When leasing a horse at the Centre Équestre Riddermark, you will be paying a portion of the board in exchange for riding and caring for the horse. You are free to choose when you want to visit, but it must be during our operating hours and you are required to clock in your time with our yard manager, Paige Price-Forbes.

 

Veterinary and farrier services are provided and paid for by Centre Équestre Riddermark You may also rent equipment from the office, or you may bring your own. Leased horses will be housed indoors with daily turn out. Feed and supplements are provided. Please read our Expecations & Incentives listed below.

  • Everything within the Pasture package is included with the addition of pictures taken in and around the barn, with or without sims present. It is recommended that you send your personl sim along with the horse so they can be featured in the shots

  • Basically, this service is for those that are leasing a horse from REC and who want to feature their rider with that horse within our facilities, training with our trainer etc. before taking the horse to your own facilities

Complete and Stallion Package

Full board at Centre Équestre Riddermark offers complete access to our amenities during and after our hours of operation. You may use our equipment without additional costs, and full groom & care is provided for your horses. With either the Complete or Stallion Packages, your horse will be housed in one of our state of the art barns, each of which include spacious stalls, rider lounge, tack room, and feed room. Feed is provided and you have the option to add supplements. With these Packages, boarders are required, and responsible for veterinary and farrier services & fees. Please read our Expecations & Incentives listed below. For the Stallion Package, we have specialized staff that works and cares for stallions. Stallions with behavioral problems and bad habits will not be accepted (i.e. the ornery or aggressive traits).

  • Everything within the Pasture and Partial Packages are included. These plans can be used for a variety of purposes. For example, if you and I are doing a joint breeding, be it using my stud or your own etc. this way I can do a breeding update blog post with pictures etc. The complete package is really for those that board horses with us on BridlePath who also want photos of their horses showcased around our facilities or training in our arenas etc.

Expectations & Incentives

Boarders

"Boarding" has many meanings. For our purposes, boarding is a way for you to have your horses pictured in and around our facitlies, with our riders/trainers/horses. You can even send your sim along to be showcased in the pictures too. The following stipulations apply:​

  1. Boarding will be done via the BridlePath website boarding fetaure and boarders are 100% responsible for exercising and competing with their horse(s) on both BridlePath and EquialitySims

  2. Boarders are not required to represent Centre Équestre Riddermark at shows, unless they are apart of our riding team; please send a DM to inquire about becoming a team member

  3. As part of the Complete Package, boarders have full and unlimited access to any of our arenas, our boarding facility, and many other amenities (pictures taken by me on request)

  4. Boarded horses and their riders may schedule lessons with our trainers and riding instructors at an additional cost (pictures taken by me on request)

Leasees

"Leasing" goes both ways, aka you may be leasing out a horse that we own, or we may be leasing a horse from you. In both instances, the following stipulations apply:

  1. When you lease out one of our horses, you may trailer it to live at your own stable aka off-site, or you may lease on-site

    • An on-site lease means you lease and show the horse on EquialitySims and represent our stable while we show the horse on BridlePath​

    • All off-site leases are for EquialitySims only as BridlePath does not have a "lease" feature on the website

    • In both instances, you will recieve the horses file so that you may take pictures of it within your game

  2. Leasees who choose to lease on-site will have the same access rights as our boarders do (see left)

  3. Leased horses and their riders may schedule lessons with one of our trainers or riding instructors at an additional cost

  4. All pictures from lessons will be staged by one of our photographers and taken by me on request

General Requirements

  • All horses MUST be seen regularly for a checkup with our veterinarian, Alessandro Sacs DMV, and shod by our farrier, Link Harris. Veterinary checkups will be randomized and, sometimes, may include pictures, which will be recorded on our blog

  • Monthly vet checkup for horses leased by us will be covered by the Centre Équestre Riddermark

  • In-house boarders will be required to pay for these services and are allowed to include the costs with their board payment each month

  • If further medical attention is needed, the boarder will be required to pay those additional expenses. Please note, if you do not comply with these rules, your privileges will be revoked and any horses leased from us will be reclaimed from you

  • All horses on loan that are actively competing are required to visit our chiropractor and masseuse once a month. The costs of these services are covered by Centre Équestre Riddermark for leased horses. However, these services are available, and strongly recommended, by appointment for our boarders, at their own expense. Please note, if you do not comply with these rules, your privileges will be revoked and the horse reclaimed from you

  • Regardless of your plan, if you are boarding at Centre Équestre Riddermark, you will be required to provide all the necessary information for your horse to have a profile here on our site

  • Furthermore, you are required to have the horse registered with BridlePath, and the horse must have a completed profile there as well as be boarded with our account there using the websites boarding feature.
